Research group in insect olfaction: the moth
	Olfactory research in moths has a long tradition, due to the relevance of moths as agricultural pests. Much of this research has focussed on pheromone processing, but interest in plant-produced odors is strongly increasing. We are investigating the glomerular organization of Heliothis virescens and other heliothine moths, both morphologically and anatomically.
