Development of a framework for analysis of calcium imaging data, including a comprehensive API for scripting and an intiutive GUI
Development of new methods for various stages of calcium data analysis based on machine learning according to the needs of experimental collegues.
Large scale analysis of calcium responses in the antenna in response to odor mixtures.
