The ValueAtlas consists of a voxaleted volume, where the gray-level value of each voxel represents its glomerular identity. This atlas is available as a single TIFF file of 87 layers (readable with NIH Image), or in three separate directories, each containing 87 files.
One directory contains TIFF, one JPEG, and one GIF files. All four datasets are identical, and differ only in their format. Therefore, it is best do download just one of them.
You can also download the read.me file, which contains a list of all available files.
And you can download a sample program written in IDL (LoadAtla.pro), which allows interactively visualizing the atlas.

The best way to download the atlas is via FTP at ftp://www.neurobiologie.fu-berlin.de. You can also download directly from this page. If your browser opens a file instead of downloading it (e.g. the QuickTime movie files), use the right mouse button (or long mouse press on the Macintosh).

NamesAtlas:

The NamesAtlas consists of a series of 87 sections. In each section, the identity of each glomerulus is given as explicit text. This atlas is available as single TIFF file of 87 layers (readable with NIH Image), or in a separate directory containing 87 JPEG files. This directory is also available as a ZIP file.
All these data sets are identical, and differ only in their format. Therefore, it is best to download just one of them.
